Day 21 ❤️
~ BIG Dream ~
I’m still playing catch up today. I started this painting for the Square Foot Show but didn’t get it finished in time as I fell 🤧
I was so excited to finish it and when my headache goes away, I’ll be right back to finishing it and hopefully get it into the hands of an enthusiastic art collector. 😊
This is my last post in the 21 Days In My Art World. I hope you have enjoyed this journey with me and it provided you with more of a sense of how I work.
The last in this series is a post about my big dream. Dawn Postnikoff would call it a “big hairy goal”. Over the years, I have written many dreams and variations of this down. But, in all honestly, my big dream is to simply make a good living and working wage; one painting at a time. With this dream includes all of you who have been my cheer leaders and inspiration. I know you don’t think you are helpful, but you definitely are! You are the ones that talk to your friends on the street and over coffee about my work, on what building or landscape I’m currently painting, and you provide me with suggestions, and, even share my posts.
I know that there are a lot more hundreds of paintings to do to reach my big dreams, to be a better artist….but I’m up to the challenge with my friends by my side.
To all of you, I say “Thank-you”
