Paint + Learn Classes
Registration & payment is required for all PaintWork classes. Payment is accepted through PayPal. Refunds will only be provided to cancellations made 48hrs in advance of class date.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Currently, online orders are accepted for shipment within Canada only.
Please allow 21 business days from the date of order to your delivery date. Express Delivery is offered only under prior arrangements. Please email me directly at theresa@eisenbarth.ca for more information and pricing.
Original works of art and prints are shipped and packaged via quote first, then customer approval before shipping is arranged.
Once your order is shipped, you will be contacted. Please provide a phone number with your order so you can be contacted if necessary.
Damage During Shipping
If there is damage during shipping, please retain your original packaging so it can be inspected. Notification will come from my office once the inspection is completed and will result in a full refund if the inspection passes.
The shipper will provide the refund via the insurance process, not me -Theresa Eisenbarth.
No Returns for Print Orders
Each print is an artisanal creation prepared for you when the order is placed. Therefore, all sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges.
Original Works
Returns on Original Works of art are encouraged. If you are not pleased with your piece, please email me at theresa@eisenbarth.ca so we can discuss the issue.
If the artwork is to be returned:
- Must be within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Arrive in the same precise condition as when it left the studio.
- Include all original packaging, Artist Bio card and Certificate of Authenticity.
