Dear Friends, This is the time of year when you automatically start to reflect on the past year and plan for the new year. I can't complain about 2016 in terms of art growth. When I reflect on the events of the year, it amazes me how my "word of the year"  actually ends of matching my art-making process. If you recall, my word this year is "Expansion". I have expanded my reputation of being a Medicine Hat artist, but didn't achieve my goal of gallery representation or a public gallery show outside of Medicine Hat. So, guess what I'll be working on this year?

I thought I'd be a smart gardener and bought a big packet of these bulbs from Home Depot. I energetically planted dug the recommended inches to plant the bulbs, covered them up, watered them in the back and front yard.
