As a Westerner, I am passionate about using my impressionistic style to capture the essence of small-town life on the prairies.

Drawing inspiration from the natural beauty of Canada's prairies, I transform everyday scenes into vibrant acrylic artworks that capture the essence of small-town life.

As an acrylic artist, my passion is to create art that resonates with the feeling of home and invites you to see the familiar through a new lens—art that feels like what you see when you step outside your door.

After studying Visual Communications and Arts at Medicine Hat College, I earned my B.F.A. in Fine Arts from the University of Calgary. I've continued my education with various art programs and have been working as a navigator on the Mastrius online art platform for nearly four years, studying with master artists from around the globe. Through my work, I strive to tell visual stories of the familiar businesses, family homes, landscapes, and particularly Southern Alberta scenes that reflect the close-knit ties and timeless beauty of prairie life.

My signature impressionistic acrylic style often includes a unique hidden detail: door keys. I've been concealing door hardware in my paintings for years, and more collectors are now discovering these subtle additions. Sometimes partially hidden and sometimes in plain sight, these keys symbolize the levels of opportunity and abundance art brings. They're a personal touch that connects viewers to the hidden stories within each scene—adding a layer of mystery and uniqueness to each piece.
