Payment & Privacy

For your convenience, I accept all major credit cards and can also receive an E-transfer for payment to theresa@eisenbarth.ca. An Invoice will be emailed to you to pay.
A goods and services tax (GST) will be applied to all products and services.

All transactions on this website are secure and encrypted. For added security, your payment information is not stored in the system. I can also send you an invoice from this website so you can pay securely. Please let me know how you will pay for your piece of artwork and /or service at the time of the order.

Shipping

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped once payment has been confirmed. Typically, orders are shipped once a week.

Once your payment is confirmed, great care is taken when packaging and shipping your order.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs vary depending on the size of your painting, print, or the number of cards you purchase. However, orders over $75 may qualify for free shipping on print items within Canada. Ask for details.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate, as I cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to the wrong location.

If a package is returned for any reason (except for our mistake in shipping to the incorrect address), the customer is responsible for any additional postage required for re-shipment.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days unless specified on the listing. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Once shipped, the transit time is 2-7 days in Canada. For international orders, the average transit time is 3 to 4 weeks. Commissions may take up to 4 weeks to complete in addition to the aforementioned shipping times.

Which shipping carrier do you use?


Depending on package weight, all packages are shipped via Canada Post, either First Class Mail or Priority Mail. 


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost International.

Refunds

My impressionistic style will be used for commissioned artwork.
If you are unsatisfied with your artwork, let me try to fix it. Don't worry—I'm pretty reasonable! If nothing can be done, but the artwork is up to my standards, I can offer a 60% refund if you want to return your piece. This covers a minimum of the time and materials that were originally commissioned.

All artwork is shipped with full insurance, and if it is damaged beyond repair, it will be redone promptly.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless you return the product due to a defect.
If this is the circumstance, I will gladly cover the shipping. 

Art Classes+Workshops
Refund Policy:

No refunds are provided for missed classes by students. 

Refunds will only be issued if there is insufficient enrollment for a particular class or workshop.

Participants will be notified via email and/or phone of a class-workshop cancellation. A full refund will be processed, or a makeup class will be provided.
